Boy howdy am I behind on posting Finished Objects. Here are 4 for you:
Drawstring Bag. In Caron Simply Soft in Grey Heather. Adapted from a Caron pattern. I made this to use at the Renaissance Faire, and then never got to use it. I’ll have it for next year, I guess.
Easy Does It. In Bernat Sox in Hot Tamale. From Crocheted Socks! These are my first socks ever. I kind of hate to make the same thing more than once, so I got bored during the second sock. I guess this means if I ever open a store, I’d better stick with selling designs and one of a kind items.
Open Top Mittens. Bernat Super Value in Desert Sand. Pattern by Woodhill Design. My sister saw a pair of Rainbow Open Top Mittens at Hot Topic and I said, “Hey, I’ve seen a pattern for those online!” So I made them. They’re vaguely intended to match the Spring in Winter set I made for her earlier.
Fluffy Bunny Slippers. In TLC Baby Amore Yarn in Rose and Moda Dea Dream in Waterlily. From Stitch N Bitch Crochet: The Happy Hooker. I am most proud of these. I made them for my sister’s BFF who is also a friend of the family. I went with the little black x noses instead of the pink triangles the pattern called for, because my embroidery floss was too close in color to the yarns, and also because this gave them a more anime look.
